ISO9001:2000
In July 2007, Tier 1 were awarded ISO 9001:2000 by BSI Management
Systems. ISO 9000 is a generic name given to a family of standards
developed to provide the framework around which our Quality
Management System can be implemented.
Part of a process of continuous improvement, this accreditation
shows both existing and potential clients the importance of
quality in our business, and how we apply consistent business
processes within the company.
ISO14001
Tier 1 is committed to providing ethical, charitable and environmental
solutions for our clients end of life IT assets. This can be
demonstrated through our ISO 14001 accreditation which we achieved
in February 2006.
Our environmental policy is focused on re-use and sustainability
of redundant IT equipment with minimal product going to landfill.
Our innovative approach is making a real difference to both
our clients and the charities and projects we support around
the world.
