Data Protection Legislation
The Data Protection Act of 1998 updates the previous Act of 1984, and places concise demands upon those who hold personal data in terms of the security of this information and the measures applied in order to protect it. The updated data protection legislation includes specific provision for all electronic computer data, and importantly gives legal responsibility to ensure the secure removal of data from IT and other equipment that enters the public domain.
Tier 1 realise that what a company does today maybe scrutinised tomorrow and our clients choose our data cleansing, IT disposal, computers and electronic equipment recycling services because we can demonstrate our long term viability.
